Coli, Salmonella or other coliforms).This is the best protection for reputation. In pasteurization mode, the treatment is soft andusually do not affect any organoleptic or visual properties of the product.Sterilization is a treatment that takes more time (around 10 min), at a higher temperature. TPC will bereduced below a certain target according to customer or regulation policy.The sterilization mode can kill all pathogen bacteria but also all for of aerobic bacteria. In certain casesporulated form of bacteria need to be reduced.
