Air Swept Mill (ASM) is a screenless Pulverizer mainly used for fine pulverizing of soft & medium hard dry materials. In ASM, the material enters in the grinding chamber & is beaten up by hammer lined up on the shaft with impact action. As the mill is screenless, the classifying action is performed by the specially designed wizards. Adjusting the wizards influence the fineness of the product. Moving wizard towards the hammer gives a coarse output and moving away from the hammer gives a fine output. Material is picked up by the induced draft blower unit and gets conveyed through the pneumatic conveying system to the Dust Collector. Depending on the application and client requirement additional features can be incorporated with Air swept.
For heat sensitive products, we facilitate water cooling jacket on mill to ensure grinding at ambient temperature. Air swept mill is used to grind materials like Turmeric, limestone, various minerals, chemicals, pigment, Ayurvedic Herbs & roots etc.

Phenol Formaldehyde Resins are prepared in special reaction vessels called kettles by reaction of phenol with formaldehyde in the presence of acidic or base catalyst at 120 °C. The product formed is liquid Phenol-formaldehyde, which is then collected, and air cooled in large trays beneath the kettles, thus the product obtained is rigid and brittle. This rigid product solidifies throughout the trays and needs to be broken manually. Further, we offer solutions for handling and fine grinding of dry phenolic resins.
Dry phenolic resins of 4-10 inches can be pre-cut in Heavy duty crusher to the size of 5mm and less with capacity a range from 500-2000 Kg/hr. Further, these pre-cut resins are formulated with hardener, binder, and fillers in our high efficiency pre-blenders (Ribbon blender) for homogenous mixing. Ribbon blenders are designed to achieve maximum efficiency at minimum power consumption. These homogenous mixtures are transferred further for fine grinding to the Air Classifying Mill (ACM). ACM helps in achieving uniform particle granulation with narrow bandwidth which is most suitable for phenolic resin application. ACM can be provided with Heat exchanger system for cool grinding to take care of the hygroscopic and heat sensitive nature of fine phenolic resin powder. ACM intakes feed size of 3-7 mm & less and delivers output fineness of 99% pass 200 MESH BSS. The fine grounded product is pneumatically conveyed to the product collection system (High efficiency Bag Filter) ensuring dust-free operation complying to stringent pollution norms. The material is discharged and blended into the Ribbon blender for post-blending for making uniform and homogeneous batch. We can offer packing solution for bulk bag packing as a part of our customized turnkey solution.

Roaster, as the name specifies is used to roast the material, usually for spices and food sector. In this operation the excess moisture is removed and the taste of the blend changes for direct application to food products, without further frying or roasting. Roasting reduces bacterial growth and increases the product life. As the heating is carried out by the indirect heating method, the aroma loss is low. It can be used for roasting various types of individual or mix spices products comprising Coriander, Fenugreek seeds, Fennel (Saunf), Bay leaf (Tej Patta) /Cinnamon, Cumin (Jeera), Sesame etc.
Roasters are Roasters cum Blenders with steel fabricated ribbons inside. It not only roasts but also blends (in case of zero heat application, it is used as a Blender). It uses thermic fluid and electric heater combination for its heat development and its retention purpose. The instrumentation available controls the highest temperature of the thermic fluid (250 Deg C). After reaching this high temperature, it stops further heating and only restarts once the prefixed user defined low temperature is reached.

Air Classifying Mill with automatic feeder system and cyclone collector & dust collection bag filter makes a complete system & grinds powder coatings most efficiently. Since powder coatings offer virtually a vast choice of various colors and textures, many new custom coatings start within the laboratory as small batches, which are sent to the customer for trial and approval. During this developmental stage, the coatings are usually prepared as a resinous sheet of fabric & flaky. The sheet is then broken into smaller pieces and ground in powder form, using mill so as to provide a fine powder with a particle size that is typically 80 microns and below. Air Classifying Mill is suitable for this purpose and has been the instrument of choice by powder coatings manufacturers.
AirThe material to be ground is fed to the mill through the suction feed with the help of rotary air lock valve then material proceeds to the grinding chamber where grinding action takes place (or size reduction) by impact and shearing forces between a rotor disc mounted with hammer sets and a multiple deflector liner. After the grinding, fine particles pass through the air classifier wheel where gradation takes place. Only the finer particles pass through rotating classifier wheel whereas coarse particles get retained to grinding section. Whole system works under the negative pressure system with the help of centrifugal fan located after the bag filter in series which generates required suction. 95 – 98% material is collected through Cyclone whereas remaining fine particles are collected in the Dust Collector with minimum production loss.
